David L Finney, CGCS Retired
David L. Finney, CGCS Retired, earned his Master of Public Policy & Management, with a concentration in Environmental Studies, from the University of Pittsburgh in August 2022. After a 20-year career as a Golf Course Superintendent, Finney has served as Supervisor of Campus Grounds for the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown, Penn., since 2018. Finney has been a member of GCSAA for 36 years and first earned his CGCS status in 1992.
