Tyler G Bloom
As the founder of Tyler Bloom Consulting, Bloom possesses a lifelong passion for the game. A former golf course superintendent and turf professional, Bloom grew up playing sports in Berwick, Penn., where his love of all things golf began at the age six, when he stepped onto a course for the first time. Bloom earned an Executive Certificate in Talent Acquisition from Cornell University and a bachelor’s in Turfgrass Science from Penn State University. He has over 19 years of work experience in the golf and turfgrass industry, including six as golf course superintendent at Sparrows Point Country Club in Baltimore, Md., where he created one of the first apprenticeship program for interns and post-grads in the country. As a national expert, Bloom works directly with clubs, general managers, golf course superintendents, and board members to help them optimize their organizational and talent acquisition strategy through a combination of workforce and leadership development and consultative services.
